Katie supports more than 100 business leaders in the South Sound and Spokane, Washington regions as they make critical decisions for their lives and their businesses through the Vistage model.

Katie is a successful development professional with over 20 years’ experience. In her roles as a member of both a non-profit staff team, volunteer, board member and consultant she has worked to maximize non-profit revenues through development of individual donors and through corporate and foundation grants. Katie has also successfully worked in the for-profit sphere working to consistently champion the company’s mission, vision, brand and core values in all internal and external communications through a time of radical transition. 

Katie’s writing skills have led to many of her most significant successes.  These range from securing over $5 million in private foundation funding, to testimony regarding a bill before the state legislature, to web and blog content that drove her company into new markets.  Katie’s skills reach beyond just putting words on a page.  She has strong listening and analytical skills that allow her to capture and express the ideas of others.  She also has a strong drive for excellence and accuracy that avoids typos but also helps teams dream and do bigger and better things.

Katie is passionate about using her skills to serve her community. She currently volunteers her time as a Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship and previously served for 10 years as a member of the Board of Directors for the Rescue Mission in Tacoma.
